Spark RE Analytics is a cutting-edge data and asset management analytics company designed for owners who are determined to achieve the highest returns on their investments. Instead of focusing on being the largest, we want to be the best at what we do. 
 
While many revenue management firms aim for a mere 3% increase in rent growth above their clients' existing performance, Spark RE Analytics strives for 10%+ increase in net operating income (NOI). In fact, we have successfully achieved NOI growth exceeding 20% on multiple occasions (pre- and post-Covid).
 

At Spark RE Analytics, we view our clients as partners and seek those who share our vision of being the best in the industry.  We are not swayed by flashy marketing, complex technology, or convoluted analysis. Instead, we focus on measuring cash flow and work backward to identify the key drivers. We then leverage our technology, training, and knowledgeable staff to analyze our findings and provide higher returns for our clients.

Spark RE Analytics' greatest strength lies in our exceptional workforce and distinctive organizational culture. Our global team is comprised of individuals with diverse backgrounds and exceptional expertise, each contributing their unique skills and experiences to derive optimal rent pricing recommendations. Our team members include a real estate executive with two decades of industry experience, a college professor, experienced senior property manager at Bell Partners, a corporate attorney, 2 CPAs , and 2 MBAs.

 

By collaborating with Spark RE Analytics, clients can take advantage of our continuous productivity, as Spark team members around the world operate 24/7. In addition, clients gain access to exclusive tools and proprietary technologies developed by our in-house programmers.
